"I have been having a problem with my payment for over month and half with dry promises of the problem being corrected the problem was said to be that they are back logged in and my wife were told if we make a payment the problem would be fixed and credited.if you haven't fixed the problem in almost 2 months how can you trust what is told to you.the problem has been notated to the the insurance companies fault you cant address the problem and correct it but you can take the funds necessary.personally I'm moving on because I'm tired of the same lame bs being passed on from person to person.Alan has very disrespectful mouth to be a business professional. "Horrible , unprofessional, incompetent. After 4 years of giving my business to this particular agent I am done , used to have friendly and knowledgeable staff . For over a year they have an answering machine that tells you due to lack of staff leave a voice mail seriously for over a year ? You couldn’t hire two people and train them to take inquiries and concerns over the phone . Today a totally different male answered the phone and made excuses about how I underwriting is still working on my new quote . For over 4 months they are telling me that underwriting is working to seperate two vehicles for seperate billing . Time to change agent not state farm as insurance carrier ."
