"EDIT: I rejoined state farm and since doing so it has been incident after incident. Initially, my policy start date was wrong, they had to retroactively fix it. And this is where it all goes down hill. My next month, I had a bill for TWICE what i signed up for. They claimed I was sent a refund. I checked my bank account, nothing. Then when I called they said oh it was a check. Okay, I wait about a week, only to find out that, OOPS, check was not sent. They said to ignore an email sent for a check refund and that it would alert them I did not sign and they could apply the funds to my state farm account. Next issue is saying my bill is late, after they have told me oh it's fine, and we can waive the late fee since we are working on it currently. Saturday morning I receive a letter of cancellation because I have not paid. Of course they are closed on the weekend and I was sent to a corporate member services employee who was kind and tried to empathize. However, she claimed they would call me Monday with information. At the HQ level they cannot fix it. And here we are today. I FINALLY get a check in the mail, even after they said I would not because they would apply it to my account. I call and they say to not deposit it. (I've already deposited it via a mobile app because this WHOLE ordeal has stressed me out.) I let them know I have deposited it and the funds are there but not available. (I have the funds, it's besides the issue. The issue is the having to do the DOUBLE payment and dealing with this nonsense.) They say to just pay tomorrow when it clears and ask if I want the late fee remove. I scoff, because, they had said there would be NO late fees. This fiasco has been horrible to deal with especially with the lack of communication and updates. _______________________________________________________________ No one likes dealing with business calls but G made it such a joy. G was quick and efficient about taking care of one of my policies. It’s so appreciated to have my time taken into consideration especially with a small kiddo!"

"Also, heard from guy on bike and he already got told his ambulance bill was going to get covered but they haven’t updated me with CRAP. How freaking rude and unprofessional. Hello? Anyone home? Anyone gonna reply to my texts or my reviews?"

"Well I can’t say enough great things about this Agency. Prior to this I had been with Goosehead for years, and I have several homes and vehicles and (to apparently save me money) had me with all sorts of discount carriers. When’s I did end up putting in a claim realized I was severely under covered, and with no multi policy discount I was paying way too much. I was ready for a change and with Will Kuo insurance agency I worked with Adam who was responsive and quick and amazing and I was able to consolidate all my insurance with State Farm and save a ton of money every year and I have piece of mind that I fully covered and won’t get hit with too little coverage. Wish I would have called this agency years ago."

"I have been having a problem with my payment for over month and half with dry promises of the problem being corrected the problem was said to be that they are back logged in and my wife were told if we make a payment the problem would be fixed and credited.if you haven't fixed the problem in almost 2 months how can you trust what is told to you.the problem has been notated to the the insurance companies fault you cant address the problem and correct it but you can take the funds necessary.personally I'm moving on because I'm tired of the same lame bs being passed on from person to person.Alan has very disrespectful mouth to be a business professional. People at the Chase Oaks office in Plano Texas need to be taught what business etiquette is"
